There's nothing tastier than roasted red peppers stuffed with feta cheese. If you like preparing roasted red peppers for winter, this will be simple task as you already have roasted and peeled peppers in your freezer. For those that never tried making that, I will start recipe from scratch.

- 8 red pepper
- 150 g of feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- bread crumbs
- sesame seeds
- salt
- oil for frying
- flour
Instructions:
- Wash and dry red peppers.
- Spread red peppers across baking pan and roast in the oven.
- Roasted peppers cover and leave for a couple of hours.
- Cold peppers peel and wash. Make sure to remove all seed. Peppers should stay intact.
- Drain them well
- Fill with feta cheese.
- Beat eggs and add salt.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Roll peppers in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in bread crumbs and sesame seed.
- Fry until golden and serve warm or cold, per wish.
