Healthy skin is what we all want, but using facial peel masks sometimes comes with side effects and isn’t so good for our body to apply on our skin a number of chemicals daily. That is why we should turn to nature not only when we need food, because you are what you eat and that reflects on your skin, but turning to nature when we need facial peel, especially when comes to this one, for which we don’t need much time to prepare. Give your face 30 min of your time once a week and you will see results quickly.
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 cup chamomile tea
- 1/4 cup green tea
- 1/8 cup aloe vera gel
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- Peel cucumber and chop
- Make chamomile and green tea
- Squeeze lemon
- Put everything into a blender
- Blend for a couple of minutes
How to use:
- Wash your face (and neck)
- Dry it gently
- Apply this mask and wait about 20 min
- Rinse it and splash face with cold water
- Do this twice a week at least
