Burn Fat with Honey and Cinnamon

 Living healthy is very easy and doesn't require exhausting yourself at the gym all day long or eating only salads and fruit. Living healthy means using what nature is offering, supplying our body with nutrients, minerals, vitamins, enzymes to keep metabolism in proper order. 

 Yes, you can eat chocolate bars now and then, but keep in mind sugar craving doesn't have to be solved by reaching for unhealthy foods. To help your body burn fat, and at the same time satisfy your need for something sweet, try this simple trick.

 All you need is 2 teaspoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • Boil water
  • Pour hot water over cinnamon
  • Wait until cools a little, and add honey

 Drink half on an empty stomach, right before going to sleep, and then again in the morning. This healthy drink will boost your metabolism and burn fat faster. Save it for those days when you feel lazy and don't want to exercise.
